Under previous ownership, this place was truly wonderful. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere, the staff were really nice, and the residents looked happy. Now it has become the stereotype of nursing homes, with a negative atmosphere, very rude staff, decline in hygiene, and unhappy looking residents. I can only hope residents are treated better than it would appear. It is a great pity to see it decline as it has done so.

Abbotsford Care Home provides an excellent level of care, characterized by a warm and compassionate atmosphere. The staff are highly professional, attentive, and dedicated to meeting the individual needs of each resident. Abbotsford Care Home offers a variety of engaging activities and programs for the residents to participate in. From craft sessions, dancing, quizzes to group outings, there's something for everyone to enjoy. I was impressed by the effort put into providing, stimulating and enriching experiences for the residents. Seeing them enjoying that social interaction and well-being is definitely a joy.
My overall experience at Abbotsford Care Home was very positive. The care and support provided to the residents are truly admirable.
