My nana spent her last few weeks at this care home and it was the most beautiful care home the staff loved Nan as much as we did and she finally got the beautiful dignity after being in hospital so long she deserved this in her end of life with Dementia they made this above possible she was always beautifully dressed and immaculate nothing was ever too much trouble, When Nan passed Julie and Debbie comforted me with a big hug on arrival and took me to see Nan to say my last goodbye I was petrified but needed to give her one last kiss, They stayed with me in that room and made me feel at ease they had even put a heart in nans hand for us to take home as a family the Heartbreak of nan dying was eased by the absolute Beautifulness the staff provided to my Nan and us as a family I will never forget that day ❤️

Stayed at abbey House while I was having two-stage operation from Oxford. The staff in there are Top notch. The care home is kept clean and well maintained. Lovely summer house to sit out and have a nice cuppa. If you ever get the chance to stay there you will not be disappointed. I would give this care home 5-stars. I never got a chance to say thanks to everyone at the care home looked after me. Thank you. ❤️
Today we came to visit my mum, whilst kept outside waiting to be tested by a member of staff, Pauline Russell came to our rescue, acknowledged our existence, did the covid test, was so helpful and sympathetic to the time schedule we were on. Was so happy to have met Pauline today, she was absolutely amazing, she was so caring
EXCELLENT FACILITY. My mother stayed there for 3 months and consistently received top quality attention and personalised genuine warm care. Management ( Especially Jan, also Andrea, Liz & Ann ) and all staff legitimately and honestly treat residents as if they were there own family. Medical attention always a priority 24/7. From my mothers very first night, I, her son, had zero worries or concerns about leaving her care in the hands of another's. Resident's safety always of a very high standard. Secure safe private building in beautiful well maintained grounds. Each and evey staff member unselfishly and very willingly give their time and devotion to residents and patients without hesitation. Private rooms warm and comfortable lounge and garden areas are inviting immaculately maintained always spotlessly clean. No request ever too much trouble, ever. I highly recommend Abbey House without any hesitation. Frequent visits to residents from local GP and UHS Consultants. They turned a trying situation into an enjoyable experience. Do not have any hesitations if considering them. Wonderful staff and facility in every way.
