Drama. Storage for the elderly. Rude, heartless staff treating patients and visitors in an unkind manner. The stench of cigarettes from the entrance, the depressing sight of elderly people sitting idly in the canteen, without any care or even minimal activity. When we asked our grandmother to give her the glasses she wears every day, we heard the quote: "Why does she need glasses?" Another elderly man visiting his terminal sister heard the quote "She's still alive" at the entrance, loudly in front of the other visitors. Shockingly, we're taking grandma out of there any day now... avoid this place.
This place should have been closed a long time ago, they infected my mother-in-law with mycosis and then staphylococcus, it is not a nursing home but some kind of concentration camp where the boss, who is a doctor, does not feel responsible at all, he only signs contracts and counts the money!
The staff and the owner seemed to have escaped from the difficult times of the Polish People's Republic, the residents were not only neglected, which is scandalous since the owner is a doctor, and also robbed by the staff. This place should have been closed a long time ago!
The hygiene care of residents is terrible. The residents move around the house like moths. They are constantly stuffed with tranquilizers. The attending physician is rude, has no empathy, and does not provide information about the patient's health condition despite being interested. Difficult access to medical records, no treatment, only symptoms of infection are ignored. Despite their best intentions, nurses cannot keep up with their work. There are too few of them. If a resident becomes troublesome and the family demands their rights, they are thrown out. Dying room, lack of respect for the patients and their families. I strongly advise against it! Give a wide berth!
