Never again ! No respect for older people. I also bought my mother new clothes and shoes and put them in her closet. The next day everything was gone. I then had her transferred to another home. I'm just saying that 1 star is still too much, but everyone should form their own opinion.
My dad has been in this home (Haus Magnolie) for a month. I've had nothing but positive experiences. My dad feels very comfortable, and the staff is kind and compassionate. Whether it's the nursing assistants or the qualified nurses, everyone is competent and friendly. I give it 5 stars.
I wouldn't recommend this home to anyone because they are simply bad, the whole staff. I agree with what Ms. Astrid said about her mother, it happened to my father herself. They only collect money and everything else is unimportant. It's a shame that the country still supports it. Humanity is not an issue at all
