Top service from a very professional company! We just returned from a family holiday in Kenya and used Watamu Luxury for a villa rental. Everything was absolutely perfect - from the booking process to us leaving Watamu with plans in our heads to come back. Charlotte was extremely helpful in making the necessary arrangements for us and booking the villa. The company’s guest relations, Josephat, was always available - 300metres or one whatsapp message away to assist with anything - from arranging activities such as deep sea fishing and massages in the villa to airport transfers and dinner reservations. And the properties are absolutely stunning - beautiful design in surroundings of natural beauty few other places can offer. Finally, the best part was the staff at the villas - attentive to perfection, looking after us, no ask was too big or too small. Everyone had such an infectious positivity and smile! We loved every minute of it and cannot wait to go back!
