About 6 weeks ago I bought new glasses at Waldviertel Optik und Akustik in Grein. The new managing director was very friendly and I received excellent advice. In general, the staff seemed very competent to me. After about 2 weeks the finished glasses were sent to me and they fit perfectly. My conclusion: Great advice, competence, price/performance and quality are perfect!
Very good advice and nice staff, we always feel very comfortable. There is a huge selection of glasses, something for every type. For my family and me there is only Waldviertel Optik!!!
I've been wearing my first pair of glasses that I bought here for 2 weeks and I'm just very impressed. The absolutely lovely consultant, Ms. Renate Burgstaller, masters her task sensationally. After spending a bit of time she found the perfect pair of glasses for me and I am very grateful to her for that.
I was there on September 11th and was served very friendly and received good advice. If I need something again I will definitely go back to this store 👍
