This is the only retirement community in the area that offers subsidized independent living. My grandmother resided in Heritage Haven for 10+ years, where she reconnected with old friends and made many new friends. The staff look out for all residents and feel like family, especially Chris in maintenance. As someone who has worked in all of the local retirement homes, I feel this is the best place for those requiring long-term nursing care. All of their rooms are private (no roommates), and the individual houses are beautiful. Daniel and Carol were a huge help when my grandmother was declining and required moving to long-term care. The therapy services in Oak Lee (transitional care) are top-notch. Their overall model of care is outstanding!

Great experience for my grandmother. She was well cared for, had opportunities to use her gifts & to experience a vibrant community. She loved the caregivers & experienced just the right level of freedom & care along the way!
This place is exceptional! One in a million, no others like it! All of the staff are friendly and so willing to help in anyway they can. The care for the residents here is a high and main priority to not only the caregivers, but to EVERY staff member there! Seeing that cleared up any doubts I might’ve had about the overall function of this facility. It is truly a great place!
My mother lives here. She loves her apartment and the amenities they offer. They are set up to care for residents who need progressively more care as they age. Wonderful staff. Very happy with the care my mother receives there.
I visited a friend yesterday morning. The staff was very nice, the rooms were neat and clean. I didn’t understand one thing, they gave her a shower but brought her back to the room in a gown, why wouldn’t you dress the residents in the tub room?
