Kids grandfather located here Quite sad
Admitted to Giovanni Bosco "polytrauma", after the operation they decided to send me to Villa Grazia, I read so many negative reviews, it was almost heartbreaking, I absolutely didn't want to go, in the end there was no room anywhere else, but in the end I had to change my mind. The welcome and how to stay with family, the bosses are all skilled, they know how to do their job and not only that, I was helped morally even if only bad news arrived about my health, they always encouraged me not to give up. I was truly completely destroyed, only my right arm could move but the head of the physiotherapist at the gym worked miracles with me. I was hospitalized for 7 months but in the end I managed to leave the facility standing. But without the encouragement of all the first floor staff I would never have done it. On the ground floor there is a bar always with a smile or a joke ready to keep your spirits up. They cook good food every day, there's nothing pre-cooked, it's true that everyone can't like it but you can't say that you eat badly, on the contrary. The garden outside is kept impeccably clean and perfect. The only thing that perhaps should be reviewed is that three patients in such a small room are too many and I don't want it but some mattresses have a hollow in the center and for those who have to stay in bed for months it is perhaps better to review them. By now we read the review before going anywhere but we must remember that we are not all the same and expectations can be different. Thank you Villa Grazia Best regards To the director and the P.1 Observers
In two days I will be discharged from Villa Grazia after 30 days of hospitalization for rehabilitation for knee replacement surgery. I would like to thank everyone I have come into contact with, OSS, nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, various staff, for their kindness, patience and professionalism. Congratulations to everyone!!
I stayed at Villa Grazia for 17 days for rehabilitation after hip replacement surgery. The structure is very beautiful and functional also for the context in which it is inserted (surrounding well-kept park) even if it is a little neglected in some maintenance aspects (for example slightly old mattresses and poorly ventilated bathrooms and without any support surface). The food is quite good and the nursing service is of excellent quality with friendly and helpful staff at all times of the day and night. The structure also has a well-equipped gym and I was personally followed by a good and professional physiotherapist who helped me find good mobility in a short time. The least positive aspect I found was the medical care I received. It is true that this is a rehabilitation department and not a hospital but more attention should be paid when prescribing medicines: for example, I found it unusual not to provide a gastroprotector to be associated with the intake of pain-relieving NSAIDs and not to prescribe iron-based medicines in the presence of clinical tests which showed very low iron levels.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire rehabilitation facility for the exceptional treatment my mother Brero Maria received. Special thanks go to all the department staff, who contributed to the recovery process with professionalism, dedication and courtesy. In particular, a thought of gratitude goes to the doctor, Dr. Belfiore, who with her competence and availability allowed us to face the treatment with confidence. A heartfelt thank you also to the physiotherapists, in particular to Nicolina, who with patience and precision supported the mother in improving her physical conditions. I am truly grateful for the attention and support received, which made the rehabilitation process a positive and constructive experience. With gratitude Plos Lorena Camerlo
