Accompanying parents to a retirement home is not easy either for them or for their children. Unfortunately there are life situations (advanced age of the children, physical condition of the parent, unsuitable structure of the family environment, "caregiver" solution that ended badly ) that push us to have to do it. Having said that... After a sad experience of a house-hotel, I was lucky enough to have discovered "Villa Giusy". A house not only in name but in fact... A serene, welcoming and with an owner, Mrs. Cinzia and all the staff... Affectionate, patient, with a unique humanity and sensitivity. They not only reassured mother psychologically in a very short time but made her regain the physical strength that in the previous center she had lost also due to too much sleep "forcibly". Furthermore, they also reassured us daughters, greatly alleviating the sense of guilt that one has in these cases. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff.

For about a month my father has been a guest in this magnificent and welcoming structure. Director Cinzia and her specialized and qualified staff are uniquely helpful and empathetic. I noticed in my father a clear change from a sedentary lifestyle and little collaboration to living his day with regularity, serenity and carefreeness. For those who have the need and need I highly recommend it.
Excellent structure, I highly recommend it, qualified staff, super available for any doubt, always ready to safeguard our loved ones... they treat them with love as if they were their parents ❤️ don't hesitate for a single moment to choose Villa Giusy! For any of your uncertainties there is always the owner Cinzia who, with her sweetness, accompanied by an exceptional team, will reassure you and try to always be ready to find solutions (if there are any) to any problem.. I'm the granddaughter of a wonderful grandma who lives there; initially I was skeptical (not knowing them) but I can say with absolute certainty that my grandmother has been reborn!. thank you very much for how you treat our loved ones 🫶🏼
In times of need, even though I had always been ideally against this type of structure, I changed my mind thanks to this structure. Very human staff, close to the guests, always cheerful and friendly with relatives. Truly exceptional people work there who love their work and transmit positivity. More than a nursing home for the elderly, it seems like a holiday home! A place of full trust that makes guests feel good and family members feel at ease! I recommend it.
Ideal structure for those who want to feel at home. The owners care about the guests who represent the center of everything; any need is satisfied. I highly recommend her to those who need assistance without ever losing warmth and affection.
