I called to inquire about 24-hour care for my grandfather. The guy on the phone sounded totally arrogant and out of touch with reality. He even laughed at me when I informed him about my grandfather's illness. Something like that shouldn't happen in this industry. He was really lucky he was just on the phone and not standing in front of me.
Competent partner for care of Older people who need help and approach. Quick processing of inquiries and staff who try very hard and are friendly. Advice from long-standing employees
