The service starts at 9:00 at 9:38 am clinic without staff because it was at the bar! Shame no one checks
Very disorganized and staff not very friendly, if not annoyed. We needed to know the new hours of our doctor, and the person who welcomed us (with little tact) did not even show the identification card, which by law, the staff who work in public offices, are required to do. Be more professional! Working hours should be carried out by offering a service, not denying it!
I have never found a person at the Cup counter as rude and arrogant as in this office. She complained that she was alone at work and that we could easily go to other places to carry out the tests. Crazy stuff, take action because there are a lot of people around who need to work. In all jobs, a minimum of tact and kindness is required, especially in these environments where health is at stake.
Satisfied because after only 3 days we had the appointment for a check-up that we had been looking for for months in another facility. Dr. Proietti, a professional and humanly fantastic person.
