My mother spent her last year at Tribute. She would want to thank the staff there for all the support they gave her during her final year. Her quality of life improved markedly after her move from an independent living facility. It was a tremendous load off of us because it was clear that all the staff there cared for her above and beyond professional diligence.

I had a horrible experience with a family member who was temporarily living at Tribute early Fall 2024. Night and day difference in the level of care at Tribute versus other assisted living facilities our loved one has been at. Nursing and care team are nice, however the administration is horrible and leadership is non-existent. Do not get me started with the meal services and small portions provided. Thank god our loved one is out of there.
We chose Tribute for my 91 year father where he lived for approximately 2 1/2 years. What are the strengths of Tribute? Its residents and staff as well as its Ashburn location. Doctors of all specialties can be found within a 5-mile radius allowing residents (including my father) to take advantage of their Tuesday/Thursday free shuttle to appointments which was nice. While my father did not take advantage of many of the resident activities, Tribute coordinators offered day trips, art, social activities and games (dad loved bingo) to all. The Cadence program is another option for residents (for an extra fee) to assist residents with memory stimulated exercises, day trips, cultural educational experiences , etc. Three meals a day and a wonderful dining area/lobby area to enjoy it was nice. Meal offerings were not average like most other senior residential companies and my father enjoyed this as part of his daily routine. Is everything perfect at Tribute? No, but as you research other residential options for your family member, Tribute @ One Loudoun should be considered. For my father, Tribute was the best option for us…thank you Tribute.
The most unprofessional, negligent group of individuals I have ever encountered. I don't know where to even begin, the lack of professionalism, the fact that our loved one missed almost a week's worth of important medications due to their negligence in performing a thorough medication reconciliation, the fact that they provided our loved one with ONE chicken nugget, on another occasion one beef patty with two buns and no sides or condiments and when inquired the cafeteria staff rolled their eyes and left, the fact that they didn't perform regular grooming and adequate hygiene, the fact that our loved one's room was covered in dried and old urine and feces on the day of discharge. The fact that our loved one had a large four inch blister on their foot which they never informed us of and it is still not healed and has required multiple podiatrist and wound nurse visits after leaving this awful facility, the lack of professionalism of front desk staff who were constantly on their personal phone and eating with their mouth open while talking to the visitors. The fact that I was labeled verbally aggressive when I brought these concerns to them and their lack of any logical explanation. The fact that even a formal email to their executives was left ignored and unanswered. I am a health care worker and a POA and an advocate of my loved one. I feel sad on how many helpless seniors are treated the same by this facility and never have anyone to advocate for them. A formal complaint with the state is submitted.
Tribute caregivers are patient, kind and respectful. The management here is serious about ensuring the care received is great and there a feeling that the staff really does care about the residents. The facility is clean and modern. Overall this is a positive environment. I would highly recommend.
