Besides the fact that I'm being over charged and when I need a ride to a state facility like the dmv they won't arrange the ride why am I paying. Some of the workers are a delight some are not qualified for there pasitiond

I have attended the open house event. To my surprise, the staff was friendly and did not hesitate to answer questions. I enjoyed seeing residents participating in activities and the variety they offer. The therapy program offered seems wonderful.
Do not send your loved one here. I saw some good reviews and the tour was great. I thought my mom would be in good hands. She went in talking eating and aware. By day 5 she seemed off. By day 7 she wasn't eating and was very sleepy and out of it. She was supposed to be changed every 2 hours. That didn't happen. She was supposed to be turned every 2 hours. That didn't happen. She needed assistance eating. That didn't happen. So they just let her starve sit in pee, and lay there in 1 spot. She had a massive back surgery so she couldn't move. Even during all our visits I spoke with staff ,they just told me , "we are doing all those things". So I guess my mom was the liar and even us visitors were liars. I should of had her moved but this was our 4th facility in 8 weeks. By the 9th day she was so lethargic and unresponsive, we called 911. They never even took vitals. They said they couldn't because she was twitching to much. They also said it was just her pain meds making her tired. 911 came her blood pressure was 70/38 and temp almost 104. They were gonna just let her die there if my family wasn't there. In the end she ended up with a utility and septic and died 6 days later. This place ultimately killed my mother.
