An excellent hotel in the heart of Kitale Town. Very friendly, kind and humble staff. The services were good and timely. The hotel environment was very conducive and friendly to the appetite. You won't notice how fast time moves while inside. I enjoyed their vegetarian diet. It was the best I have had within the town. Whole grain brown chapatis were so delicious. Fresh fruit juices, blended at your order. Well done Gific and keep it up.
A great hotel in town. Lots of parking and great views of the city. The rooms are a generous size and reasonably well furnished. The decor is a little dated however. The resturant is very nice and clean. The menu is hugh and the food was delicious and brought to the table in a timely manner. The staff is very professional and attentive. While well suited for business stays, the hotel and restaurant tends to get very busy and not fun for travelers looking for quiet comfort.
