A lovely retirement home for my mother.
Nursing staff top, organization and secretary at reception flop! Arrogant and cheeky, unfriendly to patients, relatives and visitors. Price and performance do not match at all. Five stars for nursing staff, no star for secretariat! Hence the average of 3 stars.
For a year now, our mother has been living at the Tertianum Residence Bellerive in Lucerne due to the coronavirus pandemic. As a resident, she enjoys a high standard of care in an excellent location. The individualized services are always adapted to current needs. The entire Bellerive team demonstrates loving professionalism and strong empathy in every respect. We look forward to visiting the residence at any time and are grateful for the caring support.
Often changing staff (be it in nursing or catering or management) nothing seems to be right here apart from the high price..... check before you place your loved ones here!
