My grandma was admitted to sukino for 2months for rehabilitation, the team here is excellent in taking care of patient. Our doctors suggested us to go Sukino and we did and it was the best decision , the staff here are extremely patient centric , the caretakers , the nurses and the Physiotherapy team deserve a separate appreciation , Bibin the therapy lead managed the entire rehabilitation required for my grandmother and given her age she recovered quickly than we expected. We will always be thankful to Sukino HSR team who took care of my grandma like their own.

Areas for Strength 1.The center promptly provided the necessary facilities upon our urgent request for admission. 2. Dr. Shivakumar and his team of doctors were highly approachable, diligently ensuring my father received the care he needed. 3.Dr. Soujanya showed great sensitivity to our financial constraints due to repeated hospitalizations and was considerate when the need arose. 4.Manager Mayank was always available to address our requests—big or small—at any time, on any day. 5.Head nurse Ambika, sister Anandita, and their team were not only approachable but also highly skilled in their service. 6. Dietician and the swallow therapists were equally approachable, consistently keeping us informed about the patient's condition. 7.My father received exceptional care from caretaker Pallavi, who was thoroughly trained by the center and demonstrated both diligence and dedication in her service. Areas for Improvement: 1.Glass walls could be replaced with weather-friendly alternatives, as they contribute to higher room temperatures. 2.Food waste disposal needs better management to prevent unpleasant odors in the ground floor and lifts. 3.The physiotherapist and psychiatrist could adopt a more proactive and determined approach. They appeared to have given up on my father’s case, despite his ongoing struggles with coherence and cognition due to neurological conditions.
