I lived at this accommodation for 7 months and the experience was beyond my expectations! The landlords were extremely kind and responsive from the first day. They even helped me with my visa documents which I needed to study in Budapest as a non-EU citizen. The apartment is brand new and even though we were many, it was well maintained because a cleaning lady came twice a week to clean the common areas. Other fellow flatmates were very nice people as well. The atmosphere in the apartment was always positive and lively and I always felt safe. I recommend this accommodation to any student, it is the best accommodation ever!
Have only positive emotions from living here. I was here for a semester and it was a wonderful experience. If any issues arose, the owner resolved everything very quickly. It is also worth noting the location - the apartment is located in the very center of the city, but in a very quiet place, which is not noisy. Thanks a lot Attila and Leo!
I lived here for half a year while I was on Erasmus in Budapest. I felt very good, as I was able to be part of a student community and meet very diverse people from different cultures. In addition, it is located in a very good location in the city, you can get anywhere by public transport and the universities are also a maximum of 20 minutes away. Whoever you are, I can only recommend it.
The apartment was great! I really enjoyed my stay there. The location is fantastic, and the landlord is nice. The bright side to staying in this apartment is the opportunity to meet and socialize with multiple other students.
