I just had a 4 week stay here and it was absolutely incredible. The staff are so kind and so caring. I was really sick so they had to be super intimate with my bathing and helping me go to the toilet and they were wonderful. I usually go to the Christy so this was my first time here and I prefer it. It was a lot quieter I actually slept and my dad was with me and they were so kind and helpful with him too. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I just love St. Ann’s and the care I received 🙏🏾

St Ann's hospice looked after my Alan, the care they receive in there is above and beyond the call of duty, it is special, nothing was too good for the staff, they helped in any way they could. I can never forget what they did for my family, my grandparents (3) family friends and last but not least 😢 my husband of 23 years. Alan left me 16/8/24
Although my dad was only with st anns for 3 days km so great full for him finally getting a place with them.we as a family has a horrific time with christies and I was wary of trusting anyone to Care for my dad again.from the initial assessment to his final day he was treated with so much love and care.it was almost as if they treating there own loved one. I never had to ask anyone anything it's like the staff had a super power to read my mind, asking if we needed anything, giving us every bit of information and treating us with so much respect.it really was a day and night comparison compared to christies.i rang the st anns to ask for 3 locks of hair as I'd lost mine.i rsng at 3.02pm and at 3.28pm nurse rang back to say she had been able to fulfil.my request after me loosing the locks I'd taken myself.i will be forever grateful. I'm so glad that my dad got chance to go to St anns and he a was aware where he was. Thankyou so much 💓
All the staff here are so caring and supportive. They offer the most amazing care to the patient and the family members. They also cater for everyone visiting, whether it be the volunteers cafe opening for visitors to get a bite to eat, or a drink. The children's playroom and teenage room being available to make the situation more pleasant for people with younger families who are visiting. The spirit of all that work and volunteer here, keep everyone else going, in some of their darkest times. Thank you for an absolutely amazing service.
Will be forever grateful to St Ann's and every Doctor, Nurse, staff member and volunteer we met on our journey with them. The care my husband received was outstanding, myself and our family will be forever grateful.
