Homes are built in low quality but sold at high prices. I'm staying here since 2 years. The walls don't have good acoustics. Whatever you speak in your house the neighbours can hear that. Just think, how big is privacy concern for each of us. Every now and then there are powercuts that's a whole different issue on it's own(may be just may be it could be ignored because many other areas also have this issue) The Built is not good, and within an year there cracks on the walls. The walls finishing is also not plain. There is no proper response when we have an issue and reach out to them. Another thing, the roads are so lovely(irony) that all the vehicles of our family are going for a puncture repair atleast once a month moreover, my bike has been for servicing for 3 times in 5 months. During rains, the water comes inside your house through door gaps. The doors are not sturdy, not at all. The walls get wet inside as well when there a continuous rain.. there's a big list of things which we can pick. These are the things I'm mentioning in this review.

It is a venture in Badangpet area of Hyderabad, one can buy readymade houses of 120sq.yds - 250 sq.yds ranging from 30L - 60L. Multitude of design options, I've been there during my search for new house ...
Far from polution. No noice only fresh air. No sweating. Normal temperature.
No water facility and drainage system not connected ,they do show drainage but it's not connected for the whole colony. High rent, compared to main road price in badangpet. Final one , it is a government land few cases are running on those lands.
Beautiful atmosphere as well as beautiful greenary fresh air
