I am so thankful and appreciative for the exceptional and superb care my parents received at Signature care. It is beyond any words to express. My aged parents – My father ( a visually challenged octogenarian who just underwent a life threatening hip surgery ) and My mother ( also a frail octogenarian figure who overcame the challenges of cancer and a diabetic who still struggles ) were given the best of companionship and greatest of care at Signature while the rest of our family were away to offer prayers on a pilgrimage for a short 4 days schedule during December of 2024. I must particularly inform about Sr. Mary a very humble personality who I still remember very well as her face keeps flashing in my mind more often as she was there to welcome , support and take care of my parents each minute. Thank you for celebrating a Grand Christmas with my parents. I thank all the staff members who were extremely professional and loving. I consider this establishment and staff a great blessing from GOD to mankind.
When we were searching for post hospitalization care for my father in law, we found this signature agedcare based on reviews from people. At first, we were in doubt if it would be the right place for my father in law for short term care. But as days passed we had more confidence on them. The staff members, from doctor to nurses and caregivers to housekeeping, were professional and incredibly kind, always available to assist and make residents feel at home. Their genuine dedication to the residents' comfort and health has left a lasting impression on us. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable and caring environment.
