I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Bibin Mathew regarding a scheduled meeting for Web Development and Google Maps services. I traveled approximately 20 km to meet him, arriving exactly on time at 12 PM as agreed. Shockingly, I was informed that he had left to pick up students from school without any prior notice. He casually told me to go back, refused to compensate for my visiting charges, and claimed I had never mentioned them. To make matters worse, he insensitively asked me to wait until 1:30 PM, showing complete disregard for my time, effort, and professionalism. Additionally, Madam initially asked me to sit inside, only to later move me outside, citing that she was "busy at work." This behavior came off as discriminatory and left a very poor impression – it felt racially motivated, and the excuses given were neither convincing nor respectful. Overall, I would strongly advise against dealing with Bibin Mathew if you value your time, respect, and professionalism.

They take the deposit amount which every old age home does, however it is never refunded at this place. Kept requesting for a refund and I was told that it's non-refundable. Well there is no such document that I signed which said so, neither was it mentioned by them or not even written in such a way on the receipt. Owner knows my financial distress and even upon constant requests to provide refund, has conveniently blocked me. In response to the reply posted by the owner, the inmate was discharged upon medical advice from a certified doctor due to poor nutrition and care. Also intimation was provided and in fact bags were packed by the staff themselves and were kept ready for to leave as soon as we reached facility. Illness and death doesn't intimate and come. No other care home in Hyderabad tells you to find a replacement for your inmate or tells you that only upon getting a replacement they will refund your money. To be very fair I didn't even ask them for the 15 days of balance amount from the monthly payment since my father only started there for 15 days. I am only requesting (not even demanding) to return my deposit. Also there was no such agreement signed by me or mentioned at the time of admission for the same month replacement policy. They seem to be making their own rules to grab money from people who themselves are financially week and helpless. As you can read clearly the owner himself is agreeing that if your inmate was discharged (due to illness or death) they will only refund if you bring another inmate or they find a replacement (where you have no visibility to this condition) is not something anyone can do. As families our focus is on the person who is ill rather than finding a scapegoat on the street to become an inmate just to get your refund without informing them of this condition. Clearly shows, they charge you for their incapablility to run the business and push the onus on you for not able to find a replacement. Extremely unfair and unjust. Caution to others who go to this place. Specially in regards to payment.
Don't ever pay advance to this people. They will never pay us back after the person die. It's been more than 6 months since my mother passed away and I have been back of them to return the advance amount, but they don't even bother to respond to our call or message. When I visit the place personally, they will never be available. I am very much disappointed by their behaviour.
A year n I'm still waiting for my deposit amount to be refunded..no one answered the calls nor messages
