It was One of the best nursing homes in Serampore locality. This nursing home is locally known as Dr. Milan Roy's nursing home. Staffs, doctors, nurses all are very helpful. The hospital was good for child labor, gall stone surgery etc. But nowadays it is only a shadow of its history only. No one is there to manage and most surprisingly they used to give a hand written discharge certificate. Cleanliness is not there and anywhere in the hospital you can see the dirtyness. Recently some problem is there in between the inhouse nurse and outsiders (OT assistant). My mom was admitted there for 3 days. Need improvement.

The staffs and doctors are very helpful. Specifically Dr. Subham Kundu Sir, truly awesome. His behavior, treatment all are very good and he is very cooperative and always caring about his patients at anytime.
Patient Name - Samrat Chakraborty. Date Surgery - 14/01/2025. Surgery - Lap Cholestectomy Done By - Dr Subham Kundu. I have given 5 star reason we are very satisfied. 3 days stay at Hospital feel like a home atmosphere.Excallent hospitality.Staffs are very kind and polite behavier.Staff are every moment watching the patient.Specially nursing sister at midnight also coming to the patient.I recommend the best Hospital in Hooghly district.No need to go Kolkata.Thanks to Dr Subham Kundu and his team who gave every day new life from major Surgery.This old Hospital is really gold.Keep this place always shining.

Worst private hospital. Admitted my mother here, they did unnecessary test to inflate bill amount and were not ready to issue the discharge certificate: necessary to claim the insurance. Just they wanted to extend the hospitalisation so that they can charge more although visiting doctor said she is fine.
