I've been a resident here for almost 6 years and I really like it here! But there are too few nursing staff here and many are not sufficiently trained. But with the shortage of nursing staff, it's probably the same in other homes.
This care facility promises and offers a lot to residents and relatives, but is very incompetent. Poorly to moderately trained nursing staff. At first you get the impression that the care is very adequate and dignified. But over time a different impression quickly emerges. Nursing staff are burned out and the residents are cared for mediocrely and not adequately or with dignity due to the rushed and overwhelmed nursing staff, some of whom are not competent. This facility only serves the purpose of economic management in order to achieve figures that put the owner group into the pocket.
Good nursing home and nursing staff take care of the residents!
In my opinion, a very unprofessional facility management.
