I was there for four weeks for short-term care and had to extend my stay for three weeks, which I was very happy to do. The staff is relaxed, warm, and cheerful, helpful, and always friendly. They came up with great activities for the residents every day. When I had visitors (but also by myself), the cafeteria with its delicious cakes was a welcoming place. The food is excellent. All the employees are very nice. Food is great. Very nice boss. The care is very good. The only negative thing is that my mother had to go to the dining room alone in her wheelchair. The way there is very long. That's why she didn't always go down to the dining room. Because it was too stressful for her. That's why she often has to eat upstairs. But it is more comfortable in the dining room downstairs More pleasant. And there is also a buffet in dining room. Of course there were all staff and residents Very nice upstairs in the small dining room. But of course there is a 5 star dining room downstairs. But my mother is very happy. My mother needed a short-term care placement very quickly last month. I would like to thank the staff very much for making my mother's admission so quick and, above all, uncomplicated. My mother felt very well looked after and would come back at any time. She was immediately and independently accepted into employment and exercise groups in order to mobilize her again. For us, unfortunately not an open and lovingly run house. My grandfather was in the Bückeburger Berge department for over 3 years before he passed away. What we were able to observe during this time and what we repeatedly presented to the nursing service management was associated with a “lovingly run house little to do.
