Our mother has been in the senior pension at Schlossberg for two years now. We are still very happy with this decision. The staff are very competent and treat the residents with care. The personal and friendly atmosphere can be felt throughout the house between the employees, but also between the employees and the residents. As a visitor you also really enjoy coming there. The nursing care is at a high level. The food is also very good, varied and freshly prepared every day. For these reasons, our mother is in very good hands in the senior pension on Schlossberg.

I have been working for this company for many, many years (decades). The first few years only as a memory trainer once a week, but then full-time. Therefore, I can claim to have a great insight into the philosophy of this house. Here, residents not only receive individual treatment, but also receive professional, competent medical care. Thanks to the daily meetings, all colleagues on duty are kept up to date with each individual resident. It must also be mentioned that our residents can choose from two freshly prepared dishes every day for lunch and several in the evening. Of course, special food is also prepared for allergy sufferers. So, to be honest, it's not clear to me why such negative comments were written. Especially since these two people don't even have the courage to admit to identifying themselves... Calcipher??? Lucky Luciano???
In the emergency services, I've had nothing but negative, sometimes grossly negligent, experiences with this facility. Conditions are abysmal, with incompetent, unmotivated nursing staff. Don't subject your loved ones to this facility.
This "seniors' home" doesn't even deserve one star. Please read the attached report from the Kronenzeitung! The poor senior citizens are subjected to a series of harassment and humiliation (unnoticed from the outside). I would rather jump out the window than vegetate there. Nobody helps these poor people - these people have obviously become uninteresting and annoying for politicians. I have often denounced the grievances there in the state office. No response, just no one cares... that's the reality.
