What is inhuman is the fact that the facility can immediately pack its "resident" into GARBAGE BAGS just after we informed that grandpa died in the hospital. We were not even given three hours to arrive at the room (where Grandpa was alone) so that we could respectfully pack it ourselves. After a year of time! Terrible pain when entering the room and seeing everything in garbage bags. Maybe you can think of a way to prevent other families from experiencing what we are experiencing today.

We are very pleased. Dad was skeptical about this type of centers, but he got used to it very quickly. A huge advantage is that he stays in company and not alone at home. The group coordinator, Sebastian, is very nice and helpful, as is the rest of the staff. Lots of activities for seniors and various events. If a senior needs to go for some tests in the area, it is often possible to arrange transport through the senior residence. There is also a family doctor on site who visits residents.
I would like to sincerely and warmly thank the management, doctors, medical staff, coordinator Małgosia from the "IZAAK" Group for cooperation with the family, and especially the caregivers: - for effort and dedication, - for the wonderful and devoted care given to my MOTHER MARIA PASZEK during her 3-year stay at the Senior Residence Center in Katowice, - for the smile and joy you bring, - for kindness. The inhabitants of each Group live as one family. The small number of people, about 25 people, is in our opinion a great solution, it helps to strengthen contacts and gives the opportunity to provide good and professional care for residents. I wish all those who need to seek care for their loved ones can find access to an excellent center like this one. I once again express my heartfelt thanks and words of gratitude. My mother with Alzheimer's disease has been a resident of the Senior Residence since March 2014. We couldn't have provided her with better care!! High standard rooms, always sparkling clean and fragrant (regardless of the time of day and year). But the most important thing is the staff: nurses, aids, rehabilitators - all dedicated to the sick, professionals. Mom was surrounded by love until the end, well cared for, she was treated not as a patient but as a member of the household. Special thanks go to the coordinator, Ewa, who was always able to answer our questions and was also a great support for our mother. A resort to recommend Grateful daughter Katarzyna
