From the beginning Senior Residence has been transparent and exceptional. I went to 10+ nursing homes in the area of San Borja and Senior Residence set a bar that non of the other places cleared. I would like to highlight their transparency because other nursing homes required appointments and ask for certain timed visits, but the staff at Senior Residence from the first moment had a transparent and kind welcoming. My mom has been living here for more than a year and through the best times and difficult times, the staff has always been helpful. My family and I have nothing but appreciation for the staff and leadership of Senior Residence for all their amazing hard work.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Senior Residence nursing home and the entire team that works there, for the extraordinary care they have provided to my mother since the moment of her admission 6 months ago. My mother went through difficult times with her health condition worsening, which thanks to the care provided by the professionals who work at home has allowed her to overcome it and achieve progressive improvement. I greatly value the personalized, professional and human attention they provide, and above all, providing Ella with a welcoming and familiar environment every day.
My family is totally grateful for the care of each one of those who are part of Senior Residence. We are glad that my dear aunt has reached the best possible hands. They are dedicated people 24/7, who, apart from being professionals in their specialty, are also human beings who care about giving the best quality of life to each of the people who receive their care. I am very grateful to Senior Residence for the dedication and care they provide to my dad. He started by going to daily sessions and the warmth and care with which they cared for him made him decide to stay in the residence permanently. I highly recommend it.
4 months ago my mom Dora Caballero (91 years old) arrived at Senior Residence and it was the best decision my brother and I made. My mother has improved a lot, she arrived practically bedridden and now she walks, she does her exercises and despite her senile dementia she can do many things. The people in charge are specialists and closely monitor the elderly. Although we are always sad to leave our parents, at Senior Residence that sadness is transformed into peace of mind. Since both Cynthia (licensed nurse) and her husband (doctor) are always in contact with older adults and are aware of any problems that may arise. The service they provide is excellent. I totally recommend it.
