I want to publicly thank everyone at RSA Margherita, (personally I have already done so with great pleasure) starting with Mr. Antonio. Mrs. Francesca, Mrs. Ida and all the staff of the structure, for the way they welcomed and looked after my dear Big Brother, were all fantastic, always very kind and available for anything, so thank you very much to everyone without distinction! P.S Highly recommended for anyone who needs it.
Structure with many comforts and friendly staff. Many services included including laundry and internal kitchen, hairdresser, gym with a professional in physiotherapy, 24 hour nurses on duty (very competent), animators and educators to spend the day having fun, the internal administration is always available and friendly, and obviously OSS (social health worker) 24 hours a day who not only takes care of the person's well-being but also of his primary and secondary needs such as his mood, his anxieties, his requests, helping him to spend his stay in this structure as much as possible similar to a familiar and pleasant environment. Personally knowing the OSS who work there, I can guarantee that they carry out their work with love and dedication, the guest always comes first. In short, it's all there! 5 stars was the minimum ❤️
Leaving home and going to work at Rsa Margherita with all our grandparents and all the staff.... it's like feeling at home again, it's like having a big family.... the love we receive from them is the thing that fills your heart and makes you grow to be better...
