I took my mom there on Monday and immediately brought her home on Wednesday; a terrifying situation! I don't want to say that all the operators don't have a minimum of empathy but unfortunately those 2 days were enough for me to understand that it wasn't what... Not only when I went there in the early afternoon did I find my mother in bed already in her nightgown, when they should have gotten her up, but the most terrible situation was when the nurse on duty gave her a pill before dinner and absolutely didn't want to tell me what she had given her, I'll start by saying that my mother had no therapies to do before dinner;. I had to have one of the attendants call the medical guard on duty, who poor thing was severely attacked by the nurse who had administered the medicine, accusing her that she shouldn't have allowed herself to call the doctor... even today I don't really know what he gave her, but I didn't think for a minute more about taking her away from that shady and dirty place (the hygienic condition of the bathrooms was terrible). Never again! I'm sorry to think that a structure of this kind, which should be welcoming and accommodating, is actually so neglected and shabby just because it is municipal. I'm sorry for those who have no alternatives and have to spend the last periods of their lives in such a place.

Following an Omicron outbreak that is affecting the Residenza Sanitaria these days, I am not able to visit my mother as I usually do. I therefore wanted to publicly thank the OSS who this morning allowed me to see my mother on video call, on her direct initiative. A gesture of sensitivity that I greatly appreciated.
I went to visit my sister-in-law. Obviously remotely with mask and appointment .you found him in good health with an excellent mood. The staff found them prepared and very sociable with us and with her. We were satisfied.
my brother-in-law was hospitalized there: never again!
Place where you can only breathe sadness and pain.
