I just want to say that the Management should not allow their guests and their family members to park their cars on the sidewalk or in the middle of the street while they wait or go to visit a family member. The ridiculous thing is that there are so many unused parking spaces in the facility. Maybe it would be enough to lower the pole and park inside the structure. I live a few meters away and I see this situation regularly. Pedestrians who have to get off the sidewalk because there are cars waiting, among other things with their engines running, not caring who lives nearby.
