Nice place very close to the best parts of Prato. Room was extremely spacious, and nicely furnished, but the bed was uncomfortable. Room had a full kitchenette with fridge, stove and sink. Bathroom was nice but the shower was horrible due to the water saving showerhead. Laundry is available but the washing machine kept stopping mid cycle and didn't spin our clothes. Staff were very friendly. Wifi was highly variable. Good at times but really poor at others. I enjoyed my stay but the facilities annoyances mean that I would be hesitant to stay again.

Stayed here a few years back through Monash Uni. The location is amazing, it's right next to the Duomo and the atmosphere on the Terrace is beautiful. The rooms are nice and well kept. Would recommend and definitely can't wait to be back :)
I loved the rooftop courtyard- perfect for sunset dinners! The owner was very friendly and helped me call an airline to track down missing baggage. I enjoyed my stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it
Wonderful staff. Everyone is very helpful. The rooms clean and beautiful. The terrace is a great place to hangout. Great location.
Great cute place! Only thing was there was no clothes dryer and they had to air dry in the cold :( other than that I loved the vibe
