Excellent welcoming facility, excellent cleanliness, they have been assisting my mother-in-law for six months, no complaints whatsoever either from us or from my mother-in-law, who feels as comfortable as if she were at home. Available staff, starting from the director to the maintenance technician, a highly recommended structure for anyone who needs it. Thanks to all the STAFF.
A month of relief, even the person who was, one might say, on holiday, felt very comfortable here... every time we called the staff were always kind and helpful, including the Director. The only flaw is that when a battery charger was lost in the structure it didn't turn up... Patience... 5 stars deserved Grandma was happy that's the important thing.... We will definitely take it into account for another year if we need it.
Excellent structure both for how it is organized and for the treatment of guests. I am of the opinion that something could be improved such as appointing external companies that can provide additional services even for a fee. Type: Tailoring: sale of magazines for those who can still read them and also clothing and shoes for those who perhaps don't have relatives in the area and I handle bureaucratic procedures which are truly numerous.
Efficient staff, professional manager. They take care of the patient gently, as in the case of my mother. In this period of Covid, where everything is more complicated, they manage to manage the structure in an expensive way. Keep going Angelillo Roberto
