The Residence Garda Palace, though a bit dated and with a somewhat uninviting exterior, pleasantly surprised us with its spacious interiors. We stayed as a group of four adults and one child, and found it ideal for families. The hotel boasts a lovely terrace, a large pool, and a small garden. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and we appreciated the contactless check-in process. There is a large underground garage with ample parking. However, pool rules were not enforced as there was no visible staff around. The kitchen is equipped with basic essentials.

Wonderful stay ! Worth the price ! Had large rooms and comfortable bed ( in the bedroom )

Great location, 10 minute walk to the bustling centre and lake, where all the restaurants can be found. 7 minute walk to the train station, from here you can get the free shuttle bus to Garda Land theme park (the same site also has the Legoland water park) and to Movieland. You can also get daily 164 bus from outside train station to Verona (buy tickets before you board from a newsagent or there is a bus ticket machine in the train station, it costs more buying on the bus). Direct train to Venice is 1.5hrs. Hotel has all the basic amenities you need for a short stay, chap on reception (with the funky moustache!) was super helpful. Pool was well maintained, adequate number of sun beds and they also put up the bouncy castle when requested. Hotel was clean, safe and secure, overall a great stay!
Great spot. Went with family- great location to get around although not lake facing, but quiet at night. Lovely pool for kids, friendly and helpful staff. Would go back. Airtcon was not working but fortunately it wasn't too hot so we could survive without it. Close to train station and to Gardaland,5- 10 mins walk to lake
