My review is a bit conflicted so I'll just get right to it. I stayed here the week of my wedding along with many of my guests. Pros: -Management was extremely nice. Paola is very sweet. -We did feel accomodated to, for the most part- for instance they even put up a huge mirror in the hallway for me to use for getting ready for the wedding, that was awesome. They also let my friend cut some ivy from nearby the residence to use for our floral arrangement, that was cool. -Very nice, clean rooms for a good price -When mistakes were made they gave minor discount, unfortunately felt stingy though Cons: -You must stay minimum 5 nights or they will charge you extra, almost the price of one whole night...i understand because summer is high season and it's when they get their money but unfortuante for my bridesmaids who were staying for less time had to pay a lot. -Super unorganized management...multiple changes to our booking that I had to have my Italian husband fix through call. Communication is lacking. The owner speaks no english. Bookings I thought I had, they scheduled to put us in another room without notifying me and I was stressing more about accomodations sometimes than actual wedding. -Power went out!! During wedding week and wedding day multiple times!! Can you imagine my anxiety? They did go and get a generator to make sure we had everything the day of (thank you for that) but it did create inconvenience throughout the week -This was the most annoying...because the power went out the elevator went out and one of the rooms is only accessible by elevator!! What a fire hazard! The only other option is to leave the windows open or patio door unlocked but who wants to do that? And we werent expecting it to happen. So 2 of my friends couldn't get into their room with all their clothes and luggage the day of my bachelorette...had to borrow our clothes and worse, had 5 girls sleeping in 1 and a half beds in 1 room!! Nightmare, especially for me the bride who got 0 sleep and it ruined my following day where I had guests arriving. On top of that...they didn't even remove the whole night, only partial discount taken from the bill of the apartment WE COULD NOT ACCESS...seriously? What were we paying for that night? And 0 discount for that night for those of us who had to share our clothes and bed!! Really unfortunate -The dog bit 2 of my friends and barked everytime people approached...not nice to have -Whenever something wasn't working it took days for them to fix it - the AC in my room...the jacuzzi... Listen I hate having to give negative reviews, and I really wanted to say all good things because Paola was so sweet and they did try to help...it just wasn't enough when we had so much going on wedding week and many inconveniences and to argue about money the day after when I'm supposed to be on my honeymoon was sad. I hope you will take these into consideration to improve the customer service aspect a bit and become more organized. Overall we did enjoy the stay and liked the rooms and view. Thank you.

An interesting option in terms of accommodation. Despite being slightly uphill it is well located re. town centre, beach and shops. Within the residence a good sized outdoor pool with sea view. Not to be taken for granted it is well managed by very nice people.
Great place to stay, close to town and beach, great swimming pool too. Downsides are the long walk up the hill in the heat and noisy neighbors if you are unlucky. Plenty of parking though.
Very nice place. Near from beach. Very helpful staff.
Modern, clean apartments for a fair price
