Located about 10 mins down the hill walk from Frascati centre this residence are long term stay apartments mainly occupied by workers of nearby research institutes. Do t confuse it with hotel as it’s not. Quality of rooms is really basic, beds are not very comfortable, bathroom is tiny and even smaller showers. No soap, so make sure to bring your own. Basic kitchen if you are lucky to get a room with one. Rooms are serviced only once per week. Reception is not staffed 24/7 so you need to make prior arrangements. Downstairs in cellar there is a coin operated laundry with washing machine and dryer. Terrace is nice and spacious with amazing views of Rome! If you got a car, you can park it at the premises.

The mattress was surprisingly nice. The kitchen is complete. The staff provided us with extra towels.
Typical Italian hotel experience. Rooms are decent size AC doesn't really work and showers are tiny. No soap or shampoo provided in room so be aware and bring your own. Staff was helpful and food was adequate.
In fact this is not anymore an Hotel. This is an hotel appartement totally refurbished with all commodities. Only issue is the position with 2 school nearby and traffic jam every morning. This is also quite far from Frascati downtown. However, there is nice appartement with at least some of them with terrace and nice view to Roma
The hotel is located at 10 minutes of downhill walking from the center of Frascati. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean, with the option of AC (hot or cold) and a TV. The service is good, they are always available to help you. A breakfast very good is also included, with many options from croissants to ham and cheese.
