A huge thank you and compliment to the entire rehabilitation clinic team! I've been back since yesterday, feeling much stronger, and the pain is significantly less. There was absolutely NOTHING to complain about! Friendly welcome, cleanliness, competent therapists, excellent food, and you can't get a better location! I can't understand how you can't emphasize the positive?? There will always be negative people, but they should work on themselves and not badmouth such a wonderful and truly health-promoting facility!! The food was varied and there was ALWAYS something for everyone. (Except for the bacon in the morning, which was immediately cleared away by two people because they had been there several times (4 times) and knew they had to be quick and first at breakfast!!!!) Selfish people who otherwise complained about everything!!! Offered as a buffet. Where else can you get that lucky? Even the seating was free! The large roof terrace with a view of Kitzbühel and the Streif is priceless! It's truly outrageous when people treat rehab or a health resort as paid vacation and then complain. We can only be grateful that we still have the opportunity to use such facilities! Thanks to the entire team!

My 3-week rehab stay was simply fantastic. It started at reception with only friendly, smiling faces. Everything was explained to me; I was shown the beautiful room, given medical examinations and explanations of the treatments; I immediately felt at ease! The treatments were tailored to my needs. All the therapists were friendly and helpful with explanations. The food, even though it was buffet-based, was always top-notch and of very good quality, although there were sometimes too many chickpeas, bulgur, and the like. Here too, the service staff always smiled at breakfast. In the cafeteria, too, almost everything was perfect, apart from the overconfident waiter! All of this contributed to me feeling much more comfortable and better on departure than when I arrived. If I ever get the chance to do rehab again, I'll come to Kitzbühel again!
I had high expectations for my rehab. The therapists were great and I made tremendous progress. Unfortunately I was unlucky with my room. I had a view of the concrete wall of the parking garage, zero sunshine and no view of the beautiful landscape. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. I would only use the room as a spare room. Zero recovery effect, I felt locked in and there was no chance of getting another room. The food was good and the café with a view of the Streif was also great. I was there from December 24th, 2024 to January 14th, 2025 and Kitzbühel at Christmas time is a great experience. Great fireworks display on New Year's Eve. Nevertheless, I wouldn't go to Kitzbühel again.
Was very satisfied with the rehabilitation in Kitzbühel! The entire staff was very friendly, the therapists really responded to all needs and requests. The food corresponds fully to “healthy cuisine” and is very suitable for rehab!!! I also find it very positive that all therapies are offered on one level (EG). A small minus is the cafe - impersonal and not very friendly!
Great stay...professionally more than competent, always friendly with a smile on the face and extremely patient staff. GLG to Anja+Team, service and kitchen: Mathias Lisi etc. especially to Irene. Therapists: Thank you Anita for your patience and Lisa for her empathy. Thanks to all!!! I look forward to seeing you again in fall 2017 ...the only drawback "There are people/simulates here who go on vacation cheaply and also proudly report on how to do it according to the application 😠-who then need space...please wait.
