Many years of familiarity with the place (my grandmother Alia HaShalom lives there). This is a unique sheltered housing, suitable for the religious and ultra-Orthodox public. The tenants receive personal, warm and professional treatment, the place itself is clean and well-kept. There are gourmet meals from the house chef. And especially a vibrant social life. Great enrichment activities and art classes. They also have a clinic, an attorney's office, a synagogue, a mini market and a huge cultural hall. Also lectures, prayers with professional cantors and many and varied Torah lessons. The residents also go on many trips adapted to their age. Bottom line: highly recommended!
