Went to visit for a Valentine's Day event. Staff are kind, attentive and extra dedicated to residents. They were dancing all together, it was so sweet! Heard a lot of good compliments from other family members visiting too. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers great meals and activities. Highly recommend for quality aged care!

Love all the staff and they look after my dad very well. I'm so happy and at ease knowing my dad is cared for.
5 starts dont do this place justice at all! The amount of care taken by ALL staff in this place is next to 1st class. From witnessing a staff member feeding someome and dropping the knife on the ground and getting up and going to replace it immediately without hesitation, to the cleanliness of the whole place. Speaks volumes! Thank YOU for the non stop effort you put into your residence. Should be recognised and rewarded!!! Million stars!!!!!
Absolutely delighted with the care and compassion my family has received at Windsor Court. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The facility is always clean, bright, and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference in the overall atmosphere. The caregivers are not only skilled but genuinely warm-hearted, taking the time to get to know each resident and their individual needs. We feel like part of a caring community, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved ones.
My father has just transferred to Windsor Court from another rest home to be closer to me. Kavita the manager was very helpful with the transfer and everything went smoothly. Dad was abit nervous with the move, yet all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and tidy as well as giving a peaceful quiet vide.
