They say they also offer assistance to the sick in hospital, but in reality they call back half an hour before the nurse should arrive to assist the patient to say that there is no one left available. I'm sorry but assistance isn't interrupted after 4 days because the nurse got hurt and there are no staff available. It's absurd to leave a family alone with a phone call an hour before the service... a very negative experience
