Good behavior of staffs. Toilets and beds need to be cleaner.
Most ridiculous nursing in west Bengal... Stuffs are bad... hospitality is worse... not clean at all... 1 star is execs for this nursing home... I never come back here...
Overall experience is OK. The staircase to go upstairs for visiting patients is too elevated and senior persons find it difficult.
Good service, every staff behaves very gently to the patients.
