Disappointing Experience with Pragati Home Care Nursing Services! I recently availed Pragati Home Care Nursing Services, but the experience was extremely disappointing. One of the nursing staff was uncooperative and refused to assist with assigned tasks, claiming a lack of knowledge. What's more concerning is the issue with the advance payment. Despite multiple requests, the manager, Ram Narayan Sahu, has refused to refund the amount. He's also unresponsive to calls and texts. We were seeking relief during a difficult time, but Pragati Home Care Nursing Services has only added to our stress. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with Ram Sahu, who seems more interested in taking advantage of people in need than providing genuine help.
