The company is completely reliable and professional, it conducts training for caregivers and offers them formal support - this is important and much more than other companies do (I have direct experience of 2 companies, I know others from hearsay). Our experience was very positive, help when needed and without any problems. The caregivers are ladies from Ukraine, but they are experienced and know the Polish language, which is very important for seniors and enables their activation. I recommend!

A very professional company. For 5 years, my mother has needed a 24-hour caregiver and I used several companies in Łódź, but only the Polish Home Care Center was able to provide my mother with high-quality care. Contact with the PCOD management is also important for me - Mrs. Agnieszka is an experienced, calm person and this helps a lot in the rather difficult period of dealing with aging parents.
We have been using the help of the Polish Home Care Center since January 2021. Care for a 94-year-old dad with living with his parents (24/7). My father mainly lies and sleeps (incapacitated after a stroke a few years ago), my mother is fit, very energetic and in charge (92 years old). Until today, we had different caregivers with PCOD and various "adventures", because not every caregiver was able to "get along". Now there are two, great ones, to be changed every two months. And most importantly - we always got along with Mrs. Agnieszka and her team, they were always available, we were able to solve problems comprehensively (there are no ideals). I am calm about my parents, they are well taken care of, which means I recommend the company.
I highly recommend it! I have been using PCOD's services for almost a year due to the need to provide 24-hour care for my mother and my partner's mother (two different cities). The entire procedure for selecting a caregiver is at a high level - it is clear that the company cares about selecting the right caregiver and prefers to rely on its own assessment of the actual needs of the clients rather than on what it hears from the person ordering it. Speed of response to unforeseen situations and availability of support/possibility of contacting the company: 5 out of 5. The price is reasonable. I came to the company by recommendation and so far I am very pleased with this choice.
Since 2020, we have been using the help of the Polish Home Help Center. We are very pleased with the cooperation with Ms. Agnieszka Gosławska. Mrs. Agnieszka is an extremely communicative person, always available, and able to solve problems comprehensively. My mother currently needs 24-hour care and receives it to a high standard. We feel taken care of.
