My beloved Mom spent her last years in this wonderful Nursing Home. I went there two or three times a week. Mom was always well-groomed and happy and received real care. The lovely director was always helpful. The garden is just a few steps away from the room…. Sometimes I go there to see the place where Mommy was calm and safe. Antonina
Due to the upcoming Christmas, the first one celebrated without Mom, we are going back to the memories of Christmas visits to Mom in your home. We would like to thank the director and the entire staff for the effort and heart. Thanks to these qualities, my mother happily found caring and professional care and a second family in the Ostoja Nursing Home in Palmiry. There, after five years of stay, she celebrated her 100th birthday in a magnificent setting. She was looking forward to her 101st anniversary... But things turned out differently... and this summer came the day when we all had to come to terms with her absence. We will greatly miss the absence of a person whose warmth and kindness. With constant gratitude for taking care of my mother, we wish the Director and the entire staff of Złote Ostoja a healthy and joyful Christmas and a Happy New Year 2025. I see a beautiful website, I call the number provided and I don't even hear a reply to my good morning, only the phrase "I hope it's something very important." I think this attitude proves everything, the absolute lack of sensitivity and understanding for desperate families who are looking for help and care for their loved ones. What indelicacy this is. I definitely do not recommend, stay away from it.
I would like to thank the "Złota Ostoja" Team for the care our mother received at home in the last years of her life. The professionalism, care and empathy of the nurses and caregivers, which we could often observe directly, gave us a sense of security that our over 90-year-old mother was receiving the best possible care, both in everyday situations and in more difficult situations - a disease crisis.
