Good care but partly outdated infrastructure. Telephone system is outdated and not suitable for seniors/disabled people. Telephones are often broken, so the residents' telephone numbers have to be changed several times. This makes the already difficult communication even more difficult.
After today's conversation regarding my bad Google review two months ago, I have to change my mind about the care center. All misunderstandings were cleared up, and we experienced the humanity we were missing.
