The structure is very beautiful, the management leaves a little to be desired. Unorganized reception. The presence of medical/nursing staff is absent compared to what is advertised on the site and for a facility with that target this is a crucial lack. Improved
I lived there for 4 days to organize someone's move. It's a splendid place managed by motivated, friendly and helpful staff... Best wishes guys ❤️
I stayed with my husband from 2 to 9 September at the OVER and we had a very good time. The building is new, clean and functional especially for people of a "certain" age. We had signed up for the full board offer and therefore had the opportunity to enjoy always different and carefully cooked dishes. There was also a good choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also an opportunity to make some friends. The sea is very close and in addition there is a beautiful park in front of the residence. We plan to return again next September if possible. Thanks to all the staff for their kindness.
I asked to visit the facility and the apartments to evaluate my stay in the future. New, well-organized studio and two-room apartments, some with sea view, all with a security system that can be activated if necessary. There is an indoor swimming pool and gym with equipment, restaurant and other activities. Beautiful common terraces overlooking the sea. Costs not affordable for everyone.
