Although our mother does not qualify for a stay in such a professional place as Ms. Kasia offers, by calling we received a full package of knowledge at no cost. Mrs. Kasia gave us the knowledge of her experience and guided us with the knowledge we had acquired so that we could properly tailor care for our mother suffering from cancer. We came to Mrs. Kasia in a difficult situation, almost without a way out. Almost because Mrs. Kasia helped us immediately and found a solution within one day. Everyone associates consulting with payment for this service. In this case it is different. I realize that it's hard to believe because I had doubts myself, but I really received invaluable help without paying for it. The advice is very professional and at the highest level. Mrs. Katarzyna, with whom I had the pleasure of contacting, is an extremely warm and friendly person, showing enormous amounts of empathy. I looked for help in various places, but nowhere did I see such commitment as Ms. Kasia's. She gave me a lot of advice and had a lot of ideas. She was in constant contact with me. I had the feeling that I was finally not alone with the problem, I felt support, but most of all I felt that something was happening, i.e. that with Mrs. Kasia's help I would find a nursing home for my father. Before I found Mrs. Katarzyna, I was discouraged because most of them told me theoretically what could be done, but when I wanted to implement these advice, obstacles quickly appeared and nothing was achieved. Ms. Kasia's professional advice and commitment allowed us to finally achieve the desired goal. I highly recommend it.
Mrs. Katarzyna demonstrates the highest level of competence and empathy. In an extremely difficult moment, I could count on Ms. Katarzyna's professional support, her extreme composure and, most importantly, her kindness and understanding. Ms. Kasia acted as quickly as she did effectively. She advised us what to do and supported us in submitting the necessary documents correctly. I will remember her words "I am sure we will find a way out of this situation" for a very long time.
