My mother has been a resident at Nova Springs for 4 months and we could not be happier with the care she is receiving. The small, homey environment is the perfect fit for her. The staff goes above and beyond everyday tending to the residents various needs. The manager is extremely attentive to family communications and is always happy to talk with you about anything you might need. The residents and staff act as a family, and my mother has made several new friends there. We are very fortunate to have found such a perfect fit!

The caring staff was what sold us on this small, family-style place for our 90-year-old mom, who has been living there for 6 months. They have Mom in their hearts and do everything possible to ensure her happiness and health. The director is incredibly loving and a real mother hen to the small number of residents. We feel a deep sense of trust in the staff that is very reassuring. They have a lot of fun activities Mom really enjoys.
