Everything apart of the view and location is rather disappointing. 5-course menu was not enjoyable at all: food quality (especially the cooking oil) was bad, dinner was completely overpriced. So it is better to eat somewhere outside. In addition, the dishes were dirty and the buffet was not restocked. We had to actively ask for it and wait. Very poor choice for vegetarians. The Spa zone is very small, was fully packed, not relaxing and loud. Too much light and drinks were empty and not restocked. Rooms were ok.

One of the finest hotels in all of Austria! Very quiet surroundings, every person from the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and lots of opportunities for both outdoor activities (hiking, biking, etc.) and enjoying some relaxing moments in the spa. Highly recommended!
Probably the best hotel I've ever been to in 42 years of skiing. The ambience created by superb staff in a beautiful, perfectly placed location was without question exceptional. We will be going back and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a laid back relaxing ski holiday with super easy access to the slopes.
Clean, very fancy food and great scenery. The staff is great, very nice and attentive. You have access to massages, sauna, pool and a outside lake with clean water from a mountain spring you can use it for swimming. The food was great, the chef is well trained in the culinary arts and his creations looks tasty and taste beautiful. I tried the free mountain bicycle that gave me a longer mobility around the mountains. I recommend speaking first with the specialist that takes care of them.
We are returning guest to this dream of a hotel and I cannot recommend it enough! Perfect for families but never feels crowded or loud. Close to the airport and ski-in and ski-out, a logistic dream. Great rooms, staff, food and spa. Bang on the slopes and great ski school nearby for both children and adults. We are super happy and will come back next year for sure. Thanks to the Bergmüller family and their fabulous staff.
