Booked two rooms for 7 people on June 7 and june 8th 2025. The prices are exorbitantly high (Rs 13000 for two rooms) but the services offered are not upto the mark as compared to the charges. Cups used for serving the tea were not cleaned properly. Door latches are loose. Fans make noise while working making difficult to sleep. Property not maintained properly. Smell emanating from the rooms. Flush is not working properly. I feel it is the wastage of customer's hard earn money. Request everyone plz do not opt for this property. Not worth spending 13000 rs for two rooms per night.

The stay was excellent Even Lake View Room It's Awesome Room , M/s Nidhi Which Is Employee Which Is Really nice and helpful staff. The food was awesome as well Will recommend 100 percent.
Nainital Willows Nature's Sprout is a beautiful resort in Nainital, offering stunning views of the Naini Lake and surrounding hills. It’s a peaceful place, perfect for relaxing away from the city noise. The resort has comfortable rooms with modern facilities like TVs, tea makers, and hot water. Some rooms have balconies or terraces with amazing lake views. The food is tasty, reasonably priced, and feels like homemade. Room service is quick and friendly. The staff is very polite and helpful. Many guests appreciate Mr. Manoj, the manager, for his caring and supportive attitude.
I would rate it in minus if given a choice... exorbitant prices, unclean rooms, dirty linen, bad location. Nothing works..the location is at a height and you have to spend 200 to 300 for one side to reach Mall Road..won't book even for free...not at all recommended. Though the view was good, can't access balcony due to langoors
Rooms are same as seen in pics but don't get confused in Lake view room and non Lake view rooms. Services are good if you concern about food, however room service can be better. Location is not fine as it is on very good height but yes you can enjoy view from here.
