The Owner personally take care of each and every department. He himself is a very kind human being. At the end of each day the owner goes through the files of each and every patient minutely including their diagnostic reports. The Staffs from Reception, OT and even Group-D are very well mannered and trained and are always at their toes to help patients and their nearest relatives. Even after all these, if any complaints arise either from the patient or from their relatives the owner himself takes personal care to solve their issues as soon as possible. Midnapore nursing home(Dutta nursing home) is a reputed health service provider in Midnapore town. Its located at Rabindranagar just opposite to the Arabinda stadium and providing services for many years. It's facilitates all types of medical services along with diagnostic centre. Worst Beds at 3500 per day with no washer near commode not even a dental kit is provided here. They give all these facility at 4500 room only which i think is unjustified considering the price range. Aya and Staffs are very kind but the management is very wrong. My Son Had Yellow Eyes While Birth still they didnt give him phototherapy. Dr Knew That he will get at a critical stage after 5 days so he asked us to visit after 5 days by then my sons jaundice was at 17 so he had to be admitted again. They kept my son here for 2 and half day after birth but gave photo therapy for only 10 hours. I know its a business firm but it should not be at the cost of a new borns Health. Very dissatisfied.
They charge extra from patients under govt health scheme...and they demand cash so that anyone does not able to get any proof...worst nursing home....
